We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at VOAV@vestaonavespa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original tags
• Items returned after the 30-day window

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
